Bethel Elementary School is a Seventh Day Adventist school located in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, NYC. Its motto is “Building Character For Eternity” and it is a part of the worldwide network of Seventh Day Adventist schools, which consists of elementary schools, high schools, and colleges and universities.

Bethel SDA Elementary School places spirituality and belief in God at the center of education. Each student is encouraged to:

Bethel Elementary School was started in 1940, though its official incorporation didn’t occur until 1946. In two rooms the school housed eight grades. Today, Bethel accepts students for kindergarten through eighth grade.
