Focus On The Yeshivah Of Flatbush

The Yeshivah of Flatbush is a Jewish yeshiva located in Brooklyn, NYC. The school consists of an early childhood center, a lower division, a middle division, and the Joel Braverman High School

The early childhood program falls under the auspices of the lower division, but it does offer unique educational opportunities for young Jewish children. The focus is on building a love for Torah and Mitzvot while promoting Zionism and the nation of Israel. The program also seeks to foster a love for the Hebrew language.

The lower division consists of first graders through fourth graders. The middle division consists of fifth graders through eighth graders. Students of Joel Braverman High School receive many opportunities to advance in academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities.

Students at The Yeshivah of Flatbush consistently score high on state tests and perform well in Advanced Placement classes. In fact, the award-winning curriculum is first class and prepares students for college and life.

Athletics opportunities for high school students include:

Plus, students get plenty of chances to participate in tournaments in their favorite sports.

The Ladies Auxiliary is a club made up of parents who help to enhance the educational experience of students at all levels of The Yeshivah of Flatbush.
